Rotocoat specialises in hot-dip galvanisation for steel and applying protective powder coatings to galvanised steel, steel, aluminium and stainless steel.

Employment conditions and collective labour agreement
Rotocoat is covered by the Metal and Technical collective labour agreement. We offer our employees a package of flexible labour conditions, a professional working atmosphere and pleasant colleagues who collaborate intensively. Our terms of employment include a production and profit-sharing agreement.
Training and development
Rotocoat encourages its employees to take part in training and courses from the OOM, the training and development fund for the metal-working industry, and other industry-specific training. Examples are courses for galvanisation and powder coating, safety training such as Safe Lifting, Company Emergency Services (BHV), First Aid and forklift driver training.
