As also emerges from the ROTO corporate vision, the ROTO core value – trust – is mainly a product of the commitment of our workforce, the impact of our companies, the fulfilment of agreements, quality for a competitive price and, above all, a strong presence when problems require solutions.
This core value is also expressed by ROTO in its central HR policy and in the HR management for its operating companies and subsidiaries. This is based on the conviction that a pleasant and safe working climate, with an emphasis on the enduring availability of satisfactorily trained, active and motivated staff, is a critical success factor for ROTO, its operating companies and subsidiaries in both the long and short terms.
