2021 was an important year for ROTO, both strategically and financially. The key highlights were the acquisition of Prestia in France and the building of our ROTO Strategy House: our compass to drive The Sustainable Colourful Metal Family Group and meet the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals integrated into our core themes.
Another highlight was the Roto People Survey (RPS) which was held among all our Business Units, including Prestia. We are proud to have achieved a nearly 95% participation rate and are now working on the execution of the joint action plans.
Financially, 2021 was also a positive year. By being entrepreneurial, reliable, passionate and committed we have achieved an excellent year result, for which we thank all our ROTO Family members.
