Activities

Rotocoat is part of the ROTO Surface Treatment business unit. Our employees are in close touch with colleagues from our own company, but also with people from the companies in our Business Unit.

Staff association

We have a Staff Association in Heerhugowaard. During the course of the year, it organises activities such as bowling, carting and a summer barbecue. The big Saint Nicholas party is organised annually for our employees' children.

ROTO activities

To encourage contacts between the people working for the different Business Units, ROTO regularly organises meetings for different groups such as a commercial weekend, director consultations, women's days and the annual ROTO Family Day for all our employees and their families.
