Bath sizes centrifuge galvanising

The centrizink process involves placing small quantities of steel items in galvanising baskets and submerging them in the 465 ˚C zinc bath. The galvanising baskets are sized 500 x 500 mm.

The weitght of the separate items must not exceed 5 to 10 kg and the dimensions of the separate items must not exceed:

1D: 400 mm
2D and 3D: 350 x 350 mm

For unusual sizes or heavier items, we strongly advise you to contact our sales department.
