Fences
With fencing, all the profiles should be linked in an "open" pattern.
The galvanisation plant pays particular attention to fencing and it must have the assurance that all the profiles are linked in an "open" pattern. If the fencing contains a closed section, the air will not be able to escape from that section and the rapid increase in the temperature of the air - the temperature of a sink bath is approximately 450°C - will distort the object or even crack it. This can happen so quickly and so violently that the object may even explode, with very serious consequences for the people working in the galvanisation plant. With this object also, it is important to look at the inflow and outflow openings in conjunction with the way in which the object is suspended.
