Reliable and fast

Open profile

The holes should always be made in the corners of the profile. If the profile has two corners, holes should be made in both of them.

The holes prevent air pockets and therefore non-galvanised spots, and allow the excess zinc to flow out. Because it is not always possible to determine beforehand which way the profile will tilt during galvanisation, holes should be made in both corners of the profile.
